Hello hello and welcome or welcome back to my little bookish corner of the internet. Today I’m sharing my November 2022 Wrap Up.
All things considered, I’m pretty chuffed with how much I managed to read in November. On top of everything that we were already dealing with, I took on attempting NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month, for those of you who might not have heard of the challenge, where you attempt to write a 50K word novel in the month of November). I didn’t do it last year as we were being made homeless right in the middle of the month, but had managed it three previous times. I was so proud to finish, and with three days to spare as well, on the day we actually moved into our new flat. It was easily one of the best days all around, even if the challenge did put a bit of pressure on reading time!
Now, on to the grand reveal.

So there we are, December’s reads. Slightly less than I’d hoped for, but seeing as I wrote 50K words as well, AND moved house, I’m not going to give myself a hard time over it!
I was lucky in that I loved everything I read in November, and possibly read my book of the year in it…. Reviews to come!

So glad to hear you’re in a new flat, that’s wonderful news. Well done on NaNoWriMo, too, of course. I used it to finish a piece of academic writing one year although it wasn’t to the word target. And glad you had good reading, too.
